I don't have a job description but in our facility the clinical nurse leader is much more of a generalist and the navigator is more patient centered. The CNL functions like a clinical nurse specialist with much more staff education.>>> <aidaalvera@a.c> 8/...

At our hospital the clinical nurse leader is under the Director
and oversees the nursing unit they work for. They handle staff and the
running of the floor. Very different from the navigator.
